In the vineyardsA commitment to organic farming!
Certified only in 2023, this work has been going on for a long time.
- Only copper and Bordeaux mixture are used, no more toxic products that harm flora and fauna, of which we are also a part!
- We respect the environment and the ecosystem through organic viticulture and by promoting biodiversity.
- We always take preventive measures to avoid “too late, we have to load up,” under-dosing when there is little or no pressure.
- We use essential oils such as orange or herbal teas such as nettle manure.
- We keep our vines grassed, our soils are worked, and manual labor is adapted and pushed to prioritize quality over quantity.
- We work with the moon as much as possible.
In winesMinimal intervention
Certified only in 2023, this work has been ongoing for a long time.
- We allow our grapes to fully express their natural character.
- We intervene as little as possible in the winemaking process so as not to alter the wines’ development and to obtain wines that are more open, expressive, and full of character.
- The work and vinification are carried out on a plot-by-plot basis according to the terroirs, their exposure, and their potential.
- After a healthy and ripe harvest, only the hearts of the cuvées are vinified with indigenous yeasts (FA) and bacteria (FML).
- The wines are aged on lees, in stainless steel vats, in barrels from the same terroir, or in wine globes, for between 10 months and more than 2 years.
- Low in sulfites, no unnecessary inputs, no cold treatment, no filtration, no need to strip or stress them, long aging will do the trick.
- The minimum aging period for our cuvées is 3 years in the bottle to allow the aromas time to develop and the wine time to build and refine itself.
- With minimal dosing, each wine retains its identity with depth, character, and aromas while remaining refined and straightforward.
- The first vintages with the AB logo will be released in 2026.
- We work with the moon as much as possible.
Philosophy“Nature” in everyday life
- We use rainwater and recycle wine-making effluents.
- In fact, we recycle everything, either ourselves or through waste collection centers and various organizations.
- Lighter bottles.
- We print all our documents and papers that are absolutely necessary under the “Imprim’vert” label.
- We make all our deliveries using LPG.
- The healthiest and most French supplies possible!
- Purchase of an electric straddle tractor: beyond the battery debate, it consumes much less fuel, is lighter to preserve our soil.
- Produces less waste (hydraulic oil or other), and offers unparalleled comfort for the driver, but also for local residents!
Protecting the environment and the earth we will leave to our children is a daily challenge...
