This Blanc de Blancs is made from a single grape variety – 100% Chardonnay – grown in plots in Allemant known locally as ‘Les Granges’ and ‘Beauregard’. Sustainable viticultural methods are used such as sowing cover crops and rigorous hand-tilling under the vines. This is a natural Champagne in its entire expression, matured with its own natural yeasts and a natural, complete malolactic fermentation. This cuv\u00e9e has not been filtered.<\/p>\n
Aged for at least 5 years in the darkness of our cellars, it has got a bright and sandy colour. This Champagne also reveals a complex nose with mineral notes and hints of white fruits (pears and citrus fruits) and spices.<\/p>\n
